Mechanical Polishing

The operation comprises a team of 2 skilled polishers serving across a wide range of market sectors from, Pharmaceutical, Food, chemical, to architectural industries, but to name a few.

Often the client specifies a particular finish in one of the following terms.....grit value, i.e. 120, 240, 320 grit etc., or in terms of an Ra value i.e. 0.3um, 0.5um value etc. In other cases the client just simply asks for an arbitrary finish such as mirror, satin etc......SR work to the most demanding and exacting standards and are capable of achieving a homogenous finish of 0.1um and better.
